MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the January-February 2023 Sanitary Engineer board exam is available on this page as released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on February 3, 2023 or in two (2) working days after the exam.
PRC conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Davao and Rosales on January 30 and 31 and February 1.

In the August 2022 Sanitary Engineer board exams, PRC did not release list of topnotchers.
In the January 2022 board exams, Marc Noblen Guzman de La Cruz from Mapua University (MU)-Manila aced the board with 83.80%. Robert Jacob Landicho Tolentino from National University (NU)-Manila ranked second with 83.43%.
In the August 2021 Sanitary Engineer board exams, Delwin Tan Yu from NU - Manila topped the licensure exam with 83.87%. Raheemah Acosta Gomez from MU - Manila ranked second with 82.30%.
In the January 2019 and 2021 exams, PRC did not release names of topnotchers.
In the January 2020 SELE, Mark Louie Tuyado Diuco from NU - Manila topped the board with 83.89%. It was followed by John Megryan Bolo Samartino from MU- Manila with 80.05%.
NU-Manila graduates Lorenz Carlo Robedillo Gonzales and Kevin Laurio Valderrama garnered the two spots in the January 2018 exams, 82.32 and 80.64%, respectively.
