MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the February 2023 Respiratory Therapist licensure exam (RTLE) is available on this page as officially released online on Wednesday, February 8 or in two (2) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Respiratory Therapy administered the licensure exam (LERT) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, and Zamboanga on February 5 and 6, 2023.

In the February 2022 Respiratory Therapist board exams, John Fredrick Decierdo Tabañag from Cebu Doctors University aced the board with 89.25%. Shekinah Maraiah Hendrika Redulla Moreno from Perpetual Help College of Manila ranked second with 87.50%.
In the September 2021 Respiratory Therapist board exam, Neil Lester Mansueto Deocampo from San Pedro College - Davao City topped the board with 85.25%. Argie Go Cotiamco from Perpetual Help College of Manila followed with 84.50%.
In the March 2021 Respiratory Therapist exam, Reinour Amilhamja Nebab from Universidad de Zamboanga (UDZ) aced the board with 87.50%. UDZ's Nadzwa Taib Garingan and Pines City College's Keren Taca Safawil ranked second with identical grade of 86.50%.
In the September 2019 Respiratory Therapist board exam, Wendy Abigail Navarro Pulido of Central Luzon Doctor's Hospital Educational Institution and Christine Leyte Tayona of Cagayan State University (CSU)-Andrews Campus were tied on highest spot with 88%. Another graduate of CSU -Andrews Campus, alum of San Pedro College - Davao City, Central Philippine University, Our Lady of Fatima University-Valenzuela and University of Perpetual Help System - Laguna grabbed the second place with 87.75%.
