MANILA, Philippines – Two (2) bettors won the jackpot prize of Php 73.5 million on Wednesday’s lotto draw, February 1, 2023.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the lucky winners, who bought the tickets at lotto outlets in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental and Pinagkaisahan, Makati City, bagged the Php 73,481,247.20 jackpot prize of the Mega Lotto 6/45 draw. The bettors guessed the winning combination 37-29-42-21-27-05.

The bettors can claim the check at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City upon presentation of the winning ticket and two identification cards.
The selling agents will get a prize commission of 1 percent of the jackpot prize without exceeding Php 1 million.
45 others won Php 32,000 each for guessing five out of the six winning digits, while 2,443 will get Php 1,000 each for four correct digits and 37,318 will settle for Php 30 each for three correct digits.
As provided in the TRAIN law, lotto winnings of more than PHP10,000 shall be subject to a 20-percent final tax. Once the jackpot is claimed by the winner, it would be less 20 percent.
Note that prizes not claimed within a year shall be forfeited.
The Mega Lotto was last won on January 2, 2023 by a bettor who bought the winning ticket from a lotto outlet in Merville, Parañaque City.
The 6/45 Mega Lotto is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
