MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) hailed the top performing schools in the January 2023 Architect board exam or Architect Licensure Examination (ALE). The results are released on February 1, 2023 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
PRC conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on January 25 and 27.

In the June 2022 architect board exam, University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman topped the schools with 97.01% or 65 out of 67 passed. University of Santo Tomas (UST) ranked second with 88.24% or 255 out of 289 passed.
In the January 2022 ALE, UST was hailed top performing school with 87.94% or 124 out of 141 passed. Ateneo de Davao University came in second with 82.69% or 43 out of 52 passed.
In the August 2021 architect board exam, none of the schools qualified in the top performing list.
In the January 2020 ALE, UST topped the schools with 85.19% or 92 out of 108 passed the exams. Mapua University - Manila followed with 80.39% or 41 out of 51 passed.
