MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Monday, November 7, that 12 out of 14 passed the Special Certification Examination in Ocular Pharmacology for Optometrists given by the Board of Optometry in Manila last October 2022.

- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
