MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) named on Monday, November 7, the topnotchers (top 10) of August 2022 Civil Service Exam or Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT). View on this page for professional level list of highest placers.
Leading the pack of the 117,938 examinees of the Career Service Professional Exam is Kate Angelica P. Pasobillo from Bicol Region, who garnered a rating of 90.08%.
Completing the top passers of the Professional level are: Donna Lyn Mackay from the National Capital Region (NCR), 89.96; Krianne Isobelle F. Garcia (NCR), 89.94; Freziel Jade M. Natividad (Cagayan Valley), 89.82; John Peter A. Himor (Bicol Region), 89.71; Francine T. Felices (Bicol Region), 89.70; Joana Mae D. Duran (Cagayan Valley), 89.42; Midge G. Bangsoy (CAR), 89.32; Ivy B. Alcaide (Southern Tagalog), 89.21; and Yasser Abdulaziz N. Binsuan (BARMM) and Mark Jasper J. Cantre (Southern Tagalog), 89.20.
CSC released the CSE-PPT list of passers on Wednesday, October 5 or 59 days after the exam.
A total of 26,307 examinees, representing 18.97 percent of the 138,703 total number of actual examinees, passed the exams, CSC said.

The third CSE-PPT this year was conducted in various testing centers nationwide on Sunday, August 7. It was the biggest conduct of the civil service exams in a single day since the COVID-19 pandemic started.
CSC announced that passers who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for a position in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements - education, experience, and training.

In the June 2022 Civil Service Exam professional level, Pauline Delgado from the National Capital Region (NCR) topped the exams with 96.77%. Flor Ann Liby Pueblos from CARAGA and Hannah Mariz Rodulfo from Bicol Region tied on second spot with 96.13%.
In the March 2022 CSE-PPT, Rae Recy Bagonoc from Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) topped the professional level exam with 87.81%. Francis Benedic Bernas from Western Visayas came in second place with 87.65%.
In the August 2019 CSE-PPT, Karriza Gem Reopta from the NCR led the professional level eligibles as she garnered a rating of 88.91. On the second spot was Christian Brylle Dacanay from Davao region, with an 88.70 rating.
In the March 2019 civil service exam, Donna Rizalyn Leus from Southern Tagalog topped the eligibility exam with 87.03% rating. Daniel Geslani from NCR followed with 86.94%.
In the August 2018 civil service exam, Salveregina Samuelle Sarnillo from Central Visayas, with a rating of 92.35. Feristelle Rosef Tambalo from Southern Tagalog followed with 91.96%.

The complete list of successful examinees of the August 7, 2022 Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test may be accessed here or on the official website of CSC.
Schedule for the release of Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office will be announced. Passers are advised to verify first the availability of and the requirements and procedures in claiming their Certification of Eligibility before proceeding to the CSC office.
Moreover, examinees, both passed and failed, may generate their individual rating through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which can also be accessed on the CSC website.
