The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Chemical Technician licensure exam on October 19, 2022 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Koronadal, Pampanga, Tacloban and Zamboanga.

In the October 2019 Chemical Technician board exam, Milton Bianda dela Rosa Jr. from Adamson University topped the board with 93.50%. Ed Ivan Mesa Bardoquillo from Ateneo de Davao University and Jeb Reece Habulan Grabato from University of the Philippines - Visayas - Iloilo City tied on second spot with 92.50%.
In the October 2018 exams, Jao Jancen Boloyos Ruiz from Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT) - Manila earned the highest spot with 92.50%. It was followed by Mitzi Kathleen Agbayani Pico of Central Mindanao University (CMU) and Mary Rose Trillo Sullano of Mindanao University of Science and Technology - CDO, both with 91.50%.
