MANILA, Philippines – Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio marked her first 100 days in office on Friday, October 7.
According to the Vice President and Education Secretary, her most significant accomplishment is the resumption of face-to-face classes. She cited how face-to-face learning has been known to be more beneficial to learners than distance learning.
