MANILA, Philippines – Not just one but 433 lotto winners!
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) made history on Saturday, October 1, 2022 after 433 bettors won and will share the Php 236-M jackpot prize of the Grand Lotto 6/55.
The lucky players guessed the winning combination of 09-45-36-27-18-54 for the exact prize of Php 236,091,188.40.

Fun fact: As figured out, the winning numbers are in pattern or multiples of 9. It goes with 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54.
The selling agent will get a prize commission of 1 percent of the jackpot prize without exceeding PHP1 million.
Because of taxes, as provided by the TRAIN Law, lotto winnings are subject to 20 percent tax. This means that Php 47,218,237.68 will be deducted from the pot.
Each jackpot winner will receive Php 436,196.19.
The lucky bettors must go to PCSO's main office in Madaluyong City and present two IDs to collect his/her prize.
A total of 331 other bettors who guessed five out of the six winning combinations won PHP100,000 each, the PCSO said.
About 2,491 bettors got PHP1,500 each for getting four of the winning combinations while 36,169 bettors won PHP60 each for guessing three right combinations.
Prizes not claimed within a year shall be forfeited.
The Grand Lotto 6/55 was last won on July 9, 2022 by a bettor who bought the winning ticket from a lotto outlet in Iloilo City, Iloilo.
The 6/55 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

The PCSO urged the public to patronize their games to generate more funds to be used to assist Filipinos.
It serves as the principal government agency for raising and providing funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities of national character.
One of its key programs is the Medical Access Program (MAP), which is designed to augment the medical needs of Filipinos nationwide, particularly hospital confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medicines.
The program is funded by revenues from PCSO games nationwide.
