MANILA, Philippines – MELE RESULT. The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the August - September 2022 Mining Engineering board exam is available on this page as officially released on Monday, September 19 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
PRC and the Board of Mining Engineering conducted the licensure exam (MELE) on August 24, 25, and 26, 2022 in the cities of Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Legaspi.
The exams in Manila was postponed due to the inclement weather brought by typhoon “Florita." It was later rescheduled to September 12, 13 and 14, 2022.

In the August 2021 MELE, Andy Llanita Macasaet from CARAGA State University - Butuan City led the passers with 88.25%. Hobbie Alonzo Capuyan from Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT) - University came in second spot with 88.10%.
In the pre-pandemic era (August 2019), Rachel Angela Penuliar Ferrer from University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman topped the board with 91.20%. It was followed by Gian Carlo Masagca Seblos, also from UP-Diliman, with 90.50%.
In the August 2018 MELE, Santiago Buemia Agripa Jr. from Bicol University - Legazpi aced the board with 92.90%. Sheen Michael King Akut Tidadul from CIT - University ranked second with 91.05%.
