MANILA, Philippines – Cristy Fermin claimed a surprising revelation in the contract of Toni Gonzaga with AMBS network. She said the singer-host signed on to be part of ALLTV for a whopping P500 million.
On Cristy Ferminute’s episode on Monday, September 12, the veteran entertainment broadcaster revealed that it allegedly cost half a billion pesos for Toni to sign a contract with the AMBS network. Toni and her husband, Direk Paul Soriano, signed up with the AMBS on September 1, 2022.

Cristy said, “Alam mo na, it’s all over the papers, na ang kontrata raw na pinirmahan ni Toni Gonzaga sa AMBS-2, sa AllTV, ay half bilyon pesos o 500 million.”
She went on to say that she is curious to see what the new network has in store for Toni and her upcoming shows. It has recently been shared that Toni’s YouTube program, Toni Talks, will air on ALLTV.
“Pang ilang programa kaya ito? Alam ko dalawa eh, baka madadagdagan,” she said.
Cristy added that the news of Toni’s talent fee was not impossible at all. Many big celebrities, such as Sharon Cuneta, were also given exclusive contracts worth a billion pesos when they had to make a big leap to another network.
“Teka muna, hindi bago ito. Kung matatandaan mo, ilang taon na ang nakararaan nang pumirma ng kontrata si Sharon Cuneta sa TV5, 1 billion yun, 1 billion pesos ang halaga nun. Kaya yun ang talagang umalingawngaw,” she said.
Meanwhile, to mark ALLTV soft launch on September 13, Toni’s first guest on "Toni Talks" is President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., who is celebrating his 65th birthday on the same day of the network launch. On her Facebook page, Toni said the President will give a private tour of the Malacañang Palace. She added that she will share “a very special and exclusive interview” with the President.
In an earlier report, Willie Revillame assured that AMBS prepared many exciting surprises for their viewers, especially during the soft launching.
