MANILA, Philippines – One bettor became an instant multi-millionaire after winning over Php 160 million from the 6/58 lotto draw on Friday, August 5, 2022.
The lone winner, who bought the ticket at a lotto outlet in Taytay, Rizal, hit the winning combination 04-46-58-20-34-28 of the Ultra Lotto 6/58 of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) with a total jackpot prize of Php 163,365,304.40.

The selling agent will get a prize commission of 1 percent of the jackpot prize without exceeding PHP1 million.
As provided in the TRAIN law, lotto winnings of more than PHP10,000 shall be subject to a 20-percent final tax. Once the jackpot is claimed by the winner, it would be less 20 percent.
The 6/58 is drawn every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. To join, one must select 6 numbers from 1 to 58 or play Lucky Pick for randomly generated numbers. Each bet costs P20.
The Ultra Lotto was last won on May 24, 2022 by a lone winner who bought ticket at a lotto outlet in General Luna, Quezon.
