The second debate will revolve around three (3) topics - foreign relations, government accountability and safety and security.
The Comelec announced earlier the changes in the format of the debates.
"There will be changes in the debate format this Sunday. Expect more clash of wits and the passions will be high among themselves," Commissioner George Garcia told the press.

For each succeeding segment, the candidates will be grouped into 3, where each group will be given 1 question to debate.
Each candidate will have longer time limit - two minutes to answer a question, and another 30 seconds for rebuttal.
As of press time, former senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has not made any announcement if he will attend the second presidential debate. He was the only candidate who skipped the first Comelec debate.
