MANILA, Philippines – The full list of winners in the Miss Universe 2021, the 70th edition of the Miss Universe competition, was announced on Sunday, December 12, 2021 (Monday, December 13 Philippine time) during the grand coronation night at the Universe Dome, Port of Eilat in Eilat, South District, Israel. The Summit Express updates this page for the live results as the competition happens.
Eighty (80) candidates are vying for the most coveted title and the privilege of being the Miss Universe 2021.
Andrea Meza of Mexico crowned her successor at the end of the event.

Beatrice Luigi Gomez is eyeing for the fifth Miss Universe crown for the Philippines, after Gloria Diaz (1969), Margie Moran (1973), Pia Wurtzbach (2015), and Catriona Gray (2018).

Miss Universe 2021 format
Sixteen (16) candidates from the pool will be announced at the start of the pageant, including one contestant, the winner of the online votes cast by fans worldwide. Judging is based on closed-door interview and preliminary competition, which featured contestants competing in swimsuit and evening gown.
The Top 16 will do a small interview with Steve Harvey and will compete in swimsuit round. Only ten of them will advance to the long gown competition.
The Top 5 candidates will proceed to the first question and answer (Q&A) portion. Then, 2 candidates will be eliminated. The remaining 3 candidates will be asked for the final question, which will be the same for all.
After this question, the three now finalists will make the final speech and following the conclusion of these speaking rounds, the 3 final places will be announced.
