MANILA, Philippines – In the latest ongoing drama inside the Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) house, housemate Benedix Ramos has warned Eian Rances against being ‘used’ by Alexa Ilacad.
From Wednesday evening until Thursday, the hashtag "LET ALEXA HEAR EVERYTHING" became a trending topic on Twitter. Netizens couldn't help but react over the livestream of PBB celebrity edition where Benedix was with Eian as he told him that Alexa is only using their "love team" to stay in the house longer.
It cannot be denied that a love team has been a popular strategy by housemates to reach the coveted Big Four. A perfect example was during the time of Pinoy Big Brother Double Up, Melai Canteveros and Jason Francisco's pairing landed them the big winner and 3rd place, respectively. Several more love teams continued every PBB edition.
Meanwhile, the strong-willed Alexa has found a soft spot for Eian. While many viewers have noticed the closeness of the two, several housemates didn't seem to like it.
Benedix was with Brenda Mage as he talked to Eian about his closeness with Alexa. He said referring to Alexa, "Takot siyang mawala ang alien (Alexa and Eian tandem) dito.. kasi wala siyang bitbit dito. 'Yun lang ang fear ko, sana huwag. Sana mali ako, sana mali ang nao-obserbahan ko."
"Tingin ko ginagamit ka lang ni Alexa, ang loveteam niyo dahil may supporters na," he added.
"Noong una akala ko desidido siyang lumayo sa iyo pero noong nalaman niyang may supporters sa labas, parang okay na ulit sa kaniya," Benedix added.
Brenda also agreed with Benedix's opinion that Alexa might just be "pressured" to be with Eian because their pairing already gained supporters. "Baka pakiramdam niya kailangan niya tapatan yun ng moments," Benedix continued.
Karen Bordador, who was with them, defended Alexa's actions and intentions. She told Benedix and Eian that the actress has a "good heart." "Nobody is using anyone," she clarified.
Meanwhile, Karen talked to Alexa about Eian's advances and sweetness towards the actress. She advised her to let Eian make the first move and to not rush things between them. "Basta mag-chill out ka at huwag kang lalapit sa kaniya," she told Alexa.
Alexa lamented, "It’s so hard for me, especially when I'm close to the person. That's who I am, I'm sobrang maalaga."
Meanwhile, the third group of housemates up for eviction next Saturday (November 20) includes Benedix Ramos, Chie Filomeno, Eian Rances, and KD Estrada.
