MANILA, Philippines – (Updated December 10) The November 2021 nurse licensure examination (NLE) results or nursing board exam full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and Board of Nursing (BoN) on December 10, 2021 or in 12 working days after the last day of exam.
As announced, 6,086 out of 11,828 (51.45%) passed the exams. The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld as per Board Resolution No. 08 dated December 10, 2021.

The second NLE during the COVID-19 era was conducted on Sunday and Monday, November 21 and 22, in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Pursuant to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice.”
Due to pandemic, oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be done virtual or online. The online oathtaking application system (e-oath) can be accessed at Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).

VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
NLE's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
The two-day exam covered competencies in relation to the 11 key areas of responsibility contained in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These areas are categorized as follows: patient care, empowering, enabling and enhancing competencies.
The five (5) parts of the NLE are the following:
RELEASE OF NLE RESULTS
Based on the original schedule of exams (November 20 and 21), the target release of nurse board exam results is on December 14, 2021.
However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor release of results between December 6 and 17 or in 9-17 working days after the exams.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the July 2021 Nursing Licensure Exams, PRC announced results after ten (10) working days. A total of 5,008 out of 7,746 passed the exams. Saint Louis University (SLU) was the top 1 performing school with 100% passing rate or all 75 takers passed. Haydee Soriano Bacani from Philippine Women's University - Manila grabbed the highest spot with 89.40%.
In the November 2019 NLE, PRC released results after fourteen (14) working days. A total of 7,627 out of 13,816 successfuly hurdled the exams. University of Santo Tomas (UST), SLU and De La Salle Med. & Health Sciences Institute topped the schools with 100% passing rate. Shaina Kei Cruiz Watanabe from Davao Doctors College, Inc. led the passers with 89.60%.
In the June 2019 exams, results were made available online after twelve (12) working days. PRC named 5,059 out of 9,691 who passed the licensure exams. West Visayas State University (WVSU) - La Paz, Xavier University and Silliman University led the schools with 100% passing rate. Jeremiah Paula Austria Caceres from Angeles University Foundation and Almira Louise Olete Hinsoy from WVSU - La Paz aced the board with identical grade of 87.40%.
In the November 2018 exams, PRC also announced results in 14 working days. A total of 4,811 out of 12,033 passed the licensure exams. UST topped the schools with 100% passing rate. UST graduate Jennifer Jacob Quirante led the passers with 87.80%.
