MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the November 2021 nurse licensure examination (NLE) or nursing board exam is available on this page as released on December 10 or in 12 working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers of November 21 and 22, 2021 NLE, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

In the July 2021 nursing licensure exams, Haydee Soriano Bacani from Philippine Women's University (PWU) - Manila grabbed the highest place with 89.40%. Liezl Mercado Tuazon from Angeles UNiversity Foundation (AUF) followed with 89.00%.
In the November 2019 NLE, Shaina Kei Cruiz Watanabe from Davao Doctors College, Inc. led the passers with 89.60%. Ansherina Santiago Awatin from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) ranked second with 89.00%.
In the June 2019 exams, Jeremiah Paula Austria Caceres from AUF and Almira Louise Olete Hinsoy from West Visayas State University (WVSU) - La Paz aced the board with identical grade of 87.40%. Dennise Kim Marie Bulquiren Luig, also from WVSU - La Paz, followed with 87.20%.
In the November 2018 exams, Jennifer Jacob Quirante from University of Santo Tomas (UST) led the passers with 87.80%. Kathryn Angelie Agustin Bugho from Remedios T. Romualdez Medical Foundation came in second place with 86.80%.
