The former national police chief, who led President Rodrigo Duterte's drug war, submitted his COC on October 8. That time, he said that it would be better if Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio changes her mind to run in his stead for the presidential race.
Just today, Duterte-Carpio filed her COC for vice president, as a substitute candidate of Lakas-CMD's Lyle Uy.
The presidential daughter was also announced earlier as running-mate of presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
