MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser board exam is available on this page as officially released online on Wednesday, September 29 or in five (5) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers (LEREA) in the cities of Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi and Tacloban on September 22.
Note that exams in Baguio, Iloilo, Pagadian, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga was canceled per guidelines set by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID).

In the August 2019 Real Estate Appraiser board exams, John Alex Magno Oliver from Xavier University topped the board with 86.50%. Ruth Ramulte Cabangangan from Saint Paul School of Professional Studies - Palo ranked second with 86.00.
In the June 2017 and August 2016 exams, PRC did not announce list of topnotchers.
In the April 2016 eaxms, Brittany Aoas Sumagaysay from Saint Louis University led the passers with 88.50%. Larrgie Carpio Lores from University of the East- Manila, Serafin Tiamzon Omana Jr from University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman and Jeno Abcede Un from Xavier University tied on second place with 87.50%.
