MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the September 2021 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) or Physician board exam is available on this page as officially released online on September 24 or in five (5) working days after the exam.
Maria Inez Sellado Benedicto from West Visayas State University - La Paz and Jude Philip Pozon Cebrecus from Cebu Institute of Medicine tied on top spot with 87.83%.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the second regular Physician board exam this year on September 11, 12, 18 and 19, 2021 in Baguio, Cagayan de Oro,Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban and Zamboanga.
Note that PLE in Manila was cancelled as per recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on COVID-19. Exams in Tuguegarao City was also postponed but due to typhoon “Kiko”.

In the March 2021 Physician board exams, Jeremiah Dimapeles Lim from Far Eastern University (FEU)- Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation topped the board with 89.67%. Gabrielle Paul Soriano Pascual, also from FEU-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, ranked second with 88.75%.
In the November 2020 Physician board exams, Jomel Garcia Lapides from University of the Philippines - Manila aced the board with 88.67%. Patrick Joseph Amunategui Mabugat from University of Saint La Salle and Adrian Emmanuel Diago Teves from University of Santo Tomas (UST) tied on second spot with 88.58%.
In the March and September 2020 PLE, Maria Carla Edejar Buenaflor, also from UP - Manila topped the board with 89.17%. John Marlon Bunag Lintan from UST followed with 88.00%.
In the September 2019 medicine exams, Federico Adriano Peralta IV from UST led the passers with 90.92%. Ray Zanoria Perez II of Cebu Institute of Medicine ranked second with 90.33%.
