MANILA, Philippines – The September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser board exam results, to include the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools are released online on Wednesday, September 29 or in five (5) working days after the exam.
As announced, 134 out of 167 passed the exams.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers (LEREA) in the cities of Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi and Tacloban on September 22.
Note that exams in Baguio, Iloilo, Pagadian, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga was canceled per guidelines set by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID).

REGISTRATION OF PASSERS
From October 28 to October 29, 2021, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
NOTE: All registrants are likewise required to submit an original copy of Surety Bond for three (3) years (with certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission), minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Obligee.
For government employees, no Surety Bond is required, but instead, submission of a notarized original Certificate of Employment showing that such appraiser license is an eligibility requirement of his/her employment from their respective offices.
As advised, successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Due to pandemic, oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be done virtual or online. The online oathtaking application system (e-oath) can be accessed at Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).

VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Real Estate Appraiser board exam verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online. Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this can be available in few days after the exam.
COVERAGE OF EXAM
The September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser board exams covered topics of fundamentals of real estate appraisal (50%) and professional appraisal practice (50%).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1283 series 2020, the target release date of Real Estate Appraiser board exam results is on Monday, September 27 or in three (3) working days after the exam. However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the August 2019 Real Estate Appraiser board exams, PRC announced results after two (2) working days. A total of 163 out of 259 passed the exams. John Alex Magno Oliver from Xavier University topped the board with 86.50%.
In the June 2017 exams, results were also out in 2 working days. PRC named 12 out of 16 who successfully passed the exams. The agency did not announce list of topnotchers.
In August 2016 exams, results were released after three (3) working days. 20 out of 27 passed. There's no top 10 list as well.
Meanwhile, 1271 out of 3794 passed in the April 2016 exams with results announced after six (6) working days. Brittany Aoas Sumagaysay from Saint Louis University led the passers with 88.50%.
