MANILA, Philippines – The August 2021 Veterinarian licensure exam (VLE) results, including the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are released online on September 8 or four (4) working days after the last day of exam in Manila.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Veterinary Medicine conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Koronadal, Legaspi, and Tuguegarao on August 4, 5 and 6, 2021.
NOTE: The third day of exam in Manila was postponed pursuant to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) Resolution No. 130-A (s. 2021) and PRC Resolution No. 1392 (s. 2021). It was RESCHEDULED to September 2 per PRC Resolution No.1392 s. 2021.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Due to pandemic, oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be done virtual or online. The online oathtaking application system (e-oath) can be accessed at Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).

VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Vet board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAM
The three-day exam covered the following subjects: veterinary anatomy, veterinary physiology and veterinary parasitology (August 4); veterinary pathology, veterinary pharmacology and zootechnics (August 5); and veterinary microbiology and public health and veterinary medicine and surgery (August 6).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1283 series of 2020, which deals with the 'Schedule of Licensure Examinations for Year 2021', the target release date of Veterinarian board exam result is on Tuesday, August 10 or in two (2) working days after the tests.
However, results might be released on later date, without prior notice. Takers may expect announcement of results in September or in few days after the third day of exam in Manila.
PREVIOUS RESULTS
In the February 2021 VLE, PRC announced results in four (4) working days. A total of 292 out of 696 passed the exams. Jerard Angelo Ramos Rayala from Central Luzon State University (CLSU) topped the board with 86.22%. University of the Philippines (UP) - Los Banos was named top performing school with 92.45% (49 out of 53 passed).
In the August 2019 Veterinarian licensure exams, PRC named 516 out of 1,057 who successfully hurdled the series of tests. Ian Cary Bolante Prado from UPLB topped the board with 85.46%. UPLB also led the schools with 95.70% passing rate (89 out of 93).
In the August 2018 exams, a total of 455 out of 950 passed the exams. Philip John Salvador Sajol of Central Mindanao University (CMU) topped the board with 83.66%. UPLB topped the schools with 93.55% or 58 out of 62 passed.
In the August 2017 exams, 391 out of 862 were listed by the PRC. Leynard Marvin Rayo Santos of CLSU aced the board with 86.06%. CMU also led the schools with 80.00% or 40 out of 50 passed.
Note that it took only one (1) day for PRC to release results in pre-pandemic Vet board exams.
