MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced today the cancellation of August 2021 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination (MTLE).
Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 1396 (s. 2021), the August 21 and 22, 2021 MTLE has been rescheduled to January 15 and 16, 2022.
Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Koronadal, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga were the assigned test centers of the postponed exams.
Earlier, the PRC cancelled exams in Davao this month as the city is currently placed under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) due to the current surge of COVID-19 cases.

"The PRC requests the public's utmost understanding and cooperation as it complies with the guidelines set forth by Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases as COVID-19 concerns continue to rise," the agency said.
