MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the July 2021 nurse licensure examination (NLE) or nursing board exam is available on this page as released on Friday, July 16 or in 10 working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers of July 3 and 4, 2021 NLE, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, All Regional Offices (Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao) and Zamboanga.
Haydee Soriano Bacani from Philippine Women's University - Manila aced the board with 89.40%.
Liezl Mercado Tuazon from Angeles University Foundation (AUF) ranked second with 89.00%.

In the June 2019 exams, Jeremiah Paula Austria Caceres from Angeles University Foundation and Almira Louise Olete Hinsoy from WVSU - La Paz aced the board with identical grade of 87.40%. Dennise Kim Marie Bulquiren Luig from West Visayas State University (WVSU) - La Paz followed with 87.20%.
In the November 2018 exams, Jennifer Jacob Quirante from University of Santo Tomas (UST) led the passers with 87.80%. Kathryn Angelie Agustin Bugho from Remedios T. Romualdez Medical Foundation came in second place with 86.80%.
