MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the March 2021 Medical Technologist (MedTech) board exam is available on this page as officially released on March 25 or five (5) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the Medtech board exam on March 17 and 18 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

In the January 2021 medical technologist licensure exam, Fred Lawrence Delantar Samante from St. Scholastica's College - Tacloban earned the highest place with 91.40%. It was followed by Angelo Pansoy Huliganga from Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation with 91.20%.
In the last Medtech board exam before the pandemic, September 2019, Reiven John Borbon Bernales of University of San Agustin in Iloilo City topped the board with 90.50%. Marichu Panceras Lomotos of Silliman University followed with 90.40%.
In the March 2019 MTLE, John Steward Buenavista Alberto of Cagayan State University - Andrews Campus (TUG) and Zairah de Leon Monjardin of FEU-NRMF tied on highest spot with 91.10%. Kristine Cher Calamro Abril of Trinity University of Asia ranked second with 90.80%.
In the September 2018 Medtech exam, Lorenz Masajo Barro of University of Santo Tomas (UST) aced the board with 92.10%. Rolter Lorenz Mispenas Lee, also from UST, grabbed the second spot with 91.80%.
