MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announces the schedule of lotto games and Small Town Lottery (STL) for Holy Week 2021.
March 28, 2021 update: Due to the declaration of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal or known as 'NCR Plus' from March 29 to April 4, PCSO further announced that lotto and digit games operations covering selling and conduct of draws in these areas shall be suspended from March 29, 30 and 31, 2021.
Selling of tickets in all lotto terminals except in ECQ declared area is ongoing.

Meanwhile, STL and Keno draws and selling of Instant Sweepstakes tickets in areas not covered by the declaration shall be maintained unless otherwise superseded by subsequent issuances pertaining to quarantine classifications.
Earlier, the agency informed the public that there will be no selling of tickets and no draws from April 1 (Maundy Thursday) to April 4, 2021 (Easter Sunday).
NOTE: STL in some areas with approved request to conduct selling and draw activities will proceed during the Holy Week.
Regular operations will resume on Monday, April 5, 2021.

Regular Schedule of PCSO lotto draws
Meanwhile, the departmentalized STL draws are held three times daily at 10:30 am, 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm (Visayas) and 8:00 pm (Mindanao). It is applicable to areas where no localized STL draws are made.
PCSO reminders for bettors
1. Buy tickets only at authorized lotto outlets.
2. PCSO has no online betting platform nor online betting application. No betting thru text of calls.
3. On claiming of prize, make sure to present the winning ticket at PCSO authorized outlet, PCSO branch or PCSO main office depending on the amount of the prize.
PCSO protocols for bettors amidst COVID-19 pandemic
1. No facemask, no bet.
2. Strictly observe social distancing. Maintain one meter distance from other persons in the lotto outlet.
3. Bring your own pen to stop cross contamination.
4. Use hand sanitizers. Alcohol station is provided by the lotto outlet.
5. Place your payment in the money tray provided by the lotto agent.
6. Throw your used playslips in the trashcan.
7. Wash your hands with soap and water upon arriving home from the lotto outlet.

PCSO operates in areas under general community quarantine (GCQ) and modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) according to the guidelines of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).
Operations to stop if an area falls under the stricter enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) or modified ECQ.

Price of major lotto tickets was rolled back to Php 20 per combination (inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax or DST).
