MANILA, Philippines – Heads up, movie buffs and fans! The Gabi ng Parangal (Awards Night) of the 2020 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) will be held virtually tonight, December 27. Watch the reveal of winners via livestream, which will be available here.
The 46th edition of the annual MMFF goes virtual due to prevailing threat of COVID-19. The ten (10) official entries were not screened in cinemas, instead, entries were made available online through video streaming platform Upstream.

The nominees were announced on December 24 via the Facebook page of MMFF.
MMFF partnered with Globe and Upstream to deliver the 10 official entries.
Viewers can purchase virtual tickets through Globe's GMovies, at the cost of P250 per film. Payment options are GCash, credit or debit card, Globe mobile load or over the counter (ECPay).
The festival will run until January 7, 2021.
