NAPOLCOM opens OLEASS for 2020-2021 PNP entrance CAEx

MANILA, Philippines – The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) opens On-Line Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) for Computer-Assisted Examination (CAEx) for the PNP Entrance (PNPE) Examination on December 10-11, 2020.

The CAEx will be held at the NAPOLCOM Central Office in Quezon City on the following dates:

• December 14,15,17 and 18, 2020
• January 11, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22, 25, 26, 28 and 29, 2021
• February 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 15, 16, 18, 19, 22, 23, 26, 2021

The NAPOLCOM CAEx is open only to all the PNPE examinees whose applications were processed for the April 26, 2020 PNPE Examination and will prioritize those examinees who will reach the age of 31 years old in April 2021.

Strictly no walk-in applicants, NAPOLCOM said.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19 pandemic, NAPOLCOM cancelled the conduct of PNP Entrance and Promotional written examinations scheduled on April 26, 2020 and October 25, 2020.

Applicants must log in to caex.napolcom.gov.ph and choose the desired date of examination then fill out the mandatory fields. Those with confirmed schedule shall be sent an auto-generated email informing them to access the link and enter all the required information in the application form.

They should present the following documents to the Examination Application Processor from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m (processing time) at the Examination Division One-stop Shop, 7th Floor, DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, EDSA corner Quezon Avenue, Quezon City during their scheduled appointment/examination date:

• filled-out application form and index card
• together with the emailed confirmation slip and all the required supporting documents (the same documents they presented for the April 26, 2020 PNPE Examination)
• two valid Government-issued IDs with signature (strictly “No I.D., No Processing)
• Medical Certificate indicating that he/she is COVID-19 free issued by the Municipal/City/Provincial Health Office within 72 hours prior to the examination day
• letter of intent to take the CAEx
• the Admission Slip
• Official Receipt issued by the NAPOLCOM Regional Office for the April 26, 2020 PNPE Examination.

Examination fee is Php 600.00.

Only 15 examinees shall be accommodated per examination day and only those with normal body temperature (up to 37.5 degrees Celsius) and with no other symptoms like sore throat, cough, colds, runny nose and nasal congestion shall be allowed to enter the premises.

They will be required to accomplish the Health Risk Assessment in the Revised Visitor’s Slip and wear face mask and face shield prior to entry. Examinees should wear plain white shirt, dark pants and shoes during the three-hour examination.
