MANILA – The Philippines remain undefeated in the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers before they head on to face Thailand once again in the Window 2 tonight, November 30 at Khalifa Sports City in Bahrain.
Last Friday, Gilas Pilipinas managed to leave the Thais in the dust, 93-61, to get 2-0 victory in the tourney. It was originally scheduled on February 20 at Araneta Coliseum but was postponed due to the threat of COVID-19 outbreak.

The lone game Philippines had in the first Window was against Indonesia on February 23. They overpowered the opponent, 100-70.
As PBA has an ongoing All-Filipino Cup conference, the Philippines sent the Gilas cadets headed by high-flying Kobe Paras to represent the country.

Newcomer and Ateneo De Manila University big man Dwight Ramos has been a huge revelation in the previous match of Gilas Pilipinas. Ramos went perfect from the field (7-7), beyond the three-point line (2-2), and the charity stripe (4-4) to finish with 20 points.

Meanwhile, Thailand failed to enter the winning column as they faced Indonesia on November 28,76-90.
