TV GUIDE: How to watch A2Z Channel 11

MANILA, Philippines – Kapamilya shows are back on free TV as ABS-CBN and Zoe Broadcasting Network sealed partnership and rebranded Zoe Channel 11 to A2Z. The much-awaited official broadcast is set on Saturday, October 10, 2020 or exactly three months after 70 congressmen killed ABS-CBN's 25-year franchise application.

A2Z, the new home of ABS-CBN shows on free television, promises "best type of programming" and "uplifting and inspiring shows of life, love and hope, educational programs and local and foreign movies."

“It’s Showtime” and "ASAP Natin’To" are among the first ABS-CBN programs to be aired on A2Z.

Aside from Kapamilya shows, the revamped programming also features shows from Christian Broadcasting Network, Knowledge Channel, and Light TV.

Here's how to watch A2Z Channel 11:

A2Z channel 11 will be seen on analog TV in Metro Manila and nearby provinces (parts of Cavite, Laguna, Quezon, Rizal, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, and Pampanga).

There's no information yet if A2Z will expand its reach on regional areas, including Visayas and Mindanao, via free television. But with the blocktime deal with ABS-CBN, the latter may develop coverage of ZOE in the coming months.

ZOE currently occupies digital frequencies on Channel 20 and 33 (Light TV) and any additional channel according to sources require approval from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC). Reports said ZOE already submitted their application for A2Z digital broadcast and now waiting for the clearance. SEPTEMBER 18, 2021 UPDATE: A2Z entered a partnership agreement with Philippine Collective Media Corporation for affiliation to broadcast the network via Channel 12 (PRTV) in selected parts of Eastern Visayas.

NOVEMBER 12, 2020 UPDATE: A2Z now available on digital TV boxes like TV Plus and GMA Affordabox. The public can access the channel by re-scanning.

ZOE TV (A2Z) is also available via cable and satellite operators

Sky Cable and direct-to-home (DTH) satellite provider Cignal announced the availability of ZOE TV on their channel lineup, Channel 11 and Channel 20, respectively.

Zoe Broadcasting Network is a free-to-air channel owned by the family of House Deputy Speaker Bro. Eddie Villanueva.

The network has been granted the legislative franchise and authority to operate AM and FM radio stations in key cities, a VHF TV channel 11 in Mega Manila, and UHF TV Channels 33 in Mega Manila and Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

Meanwhile, ABS-CBN shows will still be available at Kapamilya Channel on satellite and cable and Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube and Facebook.
