MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the March and September 2020 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) or Physician board exam is available on this page as officially released online on October 1 or in eight (8) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the first part of the Physician board exam on March 8 and 9, 2020 in NCR, Baguio, Cebu and Zamboanga.
Meanwhile, the second of PLE was held on September 20 and 21 in more areas: NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga. This was in consideration of nearest test center of examinees and to ensure their safety amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the March 2019 Physician board exam, Jan Bendric Co Borbe from University of Santo Tomas and Clinton Rosita Rabadon from West Visayas State University - La Paz topped the board with identical grade of 89.83%. Kevindaeile Simbulan Torralba from Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) - Valenzuela ranked second with 88.92%.
In the March 2018 PLE, Jerald Lalaguna Pelayo of University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center aced the board with 99.17%. It was followed by Jay Ruyeras Orehuela of Southwestern University - Matias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine with 88.00%.
In the March 2017 PLE, Karl Emmanuel Cueva Mercader of University of Perpetual Help System Dalta - Las Pinas topped the board with 88.58%. Alvin Lester Samson Villas of OLFU - Valenzuela ranked second with 87.17%.
