MANILA, Philippines – Fifth multi-millionaire this month! A lone bettor won the Php 128.4 million jackpot prize in the Grand Lotto 6/55 draw on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced.
The bettor from Valenzuela City guessed the winning combination of 02-12-22-27-03-29 to bag the jackpot prize.
Some 43 bettors who guessed five correct numbers won second prize and will receive PHP100,000 each.
Some 1,653 players who got four correct numbers won PHP1,500 each, while 23,419 who have three correct numbers will get PHP60 each.
The selling agents get a prize commission of 1 percent of the jackpot prize without exceeding PHP1 million.
Because of taxes, as provided by the TRAIN Law, lotto winnings are subject to 20 percent tax.
The lucky bettor must go to PCSO's main office in Madaluyong City and present two IDs to collect his/her prize.
The lucky bettor is the fifth lotto winner after 5-month suspension of PCSO operations due to community quarantine restrictions to contain the spread of COVID-19.

PCSO general manager Royina Garma urged the public to patronize PCSO games to generate more funds to be used to assist Filipinos.
