MANILA, Philippines – President Rodrigo Roa Duterte delivered his penultimate State of the Nation Address (SONA) today, July 27, 2020 at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City.
Duterte's SONA 2020 highlights major accomplishments of his administration and economic response and recovery amid the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
With just limited number of guests at the Plenary Hall, the Chief Executive started his SONA at exactly 4:00 in the afternoon and concluded at 5:46 p.m.
