Many were impressed with the teacher who went over and beyond his duty to appreciate his students' efforts and success. In another post, Teacher Lem also shared photos of him and his honor students posing as they received their rewards. Some students were even with their parents to receive the gifts.

"Good Job mga anak... Sorry amo lang ni ang nakayanan. #SanaAll," Teacher Lem said. [Sorry ito lang ang nakayanan.]

Teacher Lem shared with The Summit Express that he has been doing this since he started teaching.

"I just want to make them feel appreciated sa mga efforts nila. In my own little way masarap din sa feeling na na aappreciate din nila yung binibigay ko. Since nag start ako sa aking teaching profession, yes lagi ko na to ginagawa sa advisory ko na nakakakuha ng honor," he said.

What's even more impressive is that Teacher Lem even helps his student strengthen their faith by conducting Bible studies with them.

"What's more important is nababago ko ung outlook nila sa pag aaral, yung reward is 'addition' na lang yun to make them feel appreciated," he added.

Since his post became viral, Teacher Lem admitted he felt "shocked" at first but also happy that many appreciated his effort.

"I am praying na sana hindi maging hadlang yung reward system sa totoong purpose ng pag-aaral ng mga bata, kung baga extra reward na lang nila yun from their tatay sa school. Kahit parents binibigyan ko din kung may extra sa budget," he said.

The viral post has earned over 18,000 shares since posting.
