MANILA, Philippines – Fire struck a plastic plant in Pandacan, Manila on Saturday morning, February 1, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) Manila said.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) has raised the alarm to Task Force Bravo, which means it involves the regional district and prompting for more responding fire trucks.
