UPDATED GUIDE: NAPOLCOM online application OLEASS April 2020

MANILA, Philippines – The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) activates on Monday, January 27 the Online Examination Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) for nationwide conduct of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Entrance and Promotional Examinations on April 26, 2020. NAPOLCOM Vice-Chairman and Executive Officer Atty. Rogelio T. Casurao said that the Commission has adopted a new on-line scheduling system for the PNP Entrance Examination to address the issue of problematic access to the OLEASS encountered by applicants in previous examination periods.

Starting April 2020 PNP Entrance exam, the first letter of an applicant’s family name or surname shall determine the scheduled date when he/she can secure online a confirmed appointment date for the filing of application.

OLEASS PROCEDURES

1. Access www.napolcom.gov.ph or www.napolcom-oleass.com.

2. Fill out the mandatory form and click SUBMIT.

• Last Name
• First Name
• Extension Name (Jr., III, etc)
• Middle Name
• Permanent/Mailing address
• Contact Number/cellphone number/zip code

Additional mandatory fields to be filled by PNPE Examination applicants:

• Sex
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Highest Education Attainment
• Year graduated
• College/university

NOTE: A CONFIRMATION message will appear if registration was successful. If not, the process should be repeated.

3. Applicant clicks the PRINT CONFIRMATION LETTER button displayed on the screen to print his/her Confirmation Letter which will reflect the following:

• Examination Center
• Examination Title
• Schedule of exam
• Reference Number
• Place of Processing
• Requirements
• Date to access and fill-out the online examination application form thru the Query Module of the OLEASS

4. The printout of the filled-out application form, together with the Confirmation Letter, shall be presented by the applicant to the Regional Office on his/her scheduled date of filing application.

NOTES: Male applicants must be in proper haircut and well-shaved face; applications received thru postal mail or courier services will not be processed

REQUIREMENTS

PNP Entrance applicants must bring the following:

• printout of Confirmation Letter with corresponding reference number confirming the scheduled appointment
• printout of filled-out Application Form and duly accomplished Index Card and two recent, identical and color 1”x1” ID pictures with white background and complete name tag (for PNP members, the name tag should indicate the rank before the first, middle and last names)
• one legal size window envelope with P20 worth of mailing stamp
• Transcript of Scholastic Record with Special Order issued by CHED and Diploma
• Birth Certificate in security paper issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or certified true copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Local Civil Registrar and duly authenticated by the PSA. For a Patrolman/Patrolwoman with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order is also required for submission.

Applicants for the Promotional Examinations should submit the following:

• printout of Confirmation Letter with corresponding reference number confirming the scheduled appointment
• printout of filled-out Application Form and duly accomplished Index Card and two recent, identical and color 1”x1” ID pictures with white background and complete name tag (for PNP members, the name tag should indicate the rank before the first, middle and last names)
• one legal size window envelope with P20 worth of mailing stamp
• certified true copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or PNP Absorption Order
• Report of Rating/Certification issued by the NAPOLCOM Central Office, CSC Certificate of Eligibility and/or PRC Board Certificate
