Many of the evacuees were thankful for the relief goods, especially because they got to meet the two young stars. It’s not something that you get to enjoy every day! Thus, despite the grim situation they were in, many of the evacuees had big smiles on their faces as they welcomed Kathryn and Daniel to their barangay.

A lot of netizens praised the two young stars, saying that they could have easily given donations in cash and let someone else bring the items to the evacuation centers. Yet the two did not take the easy way as they wanted to connect with these people; thus, they personally brought the supplies and handed out the items to the victims of the Taal Volcano eruption.
