MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, December 13 the complete results of December 2019 Dental Technologist board exam - Written and Practical. View here the list of passers and performance of schools.
As announced, 6 out of 76 (7.89%) passed the exams.
PRC administered the licensure exam on December 10 (Written) and December 11 and 12 (Practical) in Manila.
The members of the Board of Dentistry who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Roberto M. Tajonera, Officer- In-Charge; Dr. Rannier F. Reyes, Dr. Melinda L. Garcia, Dr. Maria Jona D. Godoy and Dr. Carlito D. Paragas, Members.

The performance of schools in the December 2019 Dental Technologist Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING OF PASSERS
Starting January 13, 2020, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
COVERAGE OF EXAM
The theoretical exam on December 10 covered the following subjects: basic medical and dental sciences, examinations on ethics and professionalism, removable prosthodontics and fixed prosthodontics.
The practical exam, meanwhile, covered the following: complete denture fabrication, removable partial denture, wire bending, fixed partial denture fabrication and metal free restoration.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the December 2018 exams, 15 out of 35 passed the Dental Technologist Licensure Examination. Results were released in two working days.
In the December 2017 exams, PRC named 52 out of 63 who passed the exams. Results were also out in 2 working days.

- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
