MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the November 2019 Civil Engineer (CE) board exam is available on this page as officially released on Thursday, November 14, 2019 or in four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Civil Engineering licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on November 9 and 10, 2019.

In the same period last year, Jaydee Niere Lucero of University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman aced the Civil Engineer board exam with 97.20%. Norejun de Guzman Osial of Bicol University (BU) - Legazpi came in second spot with 96.50%.
In the November 2017 exams, Nikho Lawrence Ramos Corres, also from UP - Diliman led the passers with 97.90%. Hans Lawrence Eugenio dela Cruz of Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP) - Manila ranked second with 97.55%.
In the November 2016 exams, Sirven Carandang Garibay from UP - Los Baños topped the board with 93.20%. It was followed by University of San Carlos (USC) alum Samuel Eliezer Yu Uy with 92.75%.
