MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the November 2019 Chemical Engineering (ChemEng) board exam is available on this page as officially released on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 or in two (2) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Chemical Engineer licensure exam in the cities of Manila and Cebu on November 23, 24 and 25.

In the same period last year, Peter Nicholas Saquido Onglao of University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman aced the board with 84.40%. It was followed by Marcel Roy Barlis Domalanta of Saint Louis University (SLU) with 84.30%.
In the November 2017 ChemEng board exam, John Cyril Pastrana Claur of University of Saint La Salle was tied with Jared Philip Marquez Condez of UP-Visayas-Iloilo City, having 84.60%. Wilmark Talidon Palacios of Colegio San Agustin -Bacolod City and Dave Ersan Ramos of UP-Diliman, ranked second with 83.90%.
