MANILA, Philippines – The November 2019 Civil Engineer (CE) board exam results including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools are released online today, November 14, 2019 or in four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
As announced, 6,510 out of 15,075 (43.18%) passed the exams.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Civil Engineering licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on November 9 and 10, 2019.
The members of the Board of Civil Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Chairman; Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, Members.

REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
From November 22 to November 29, 2019 and December 2 to December 6, 2019, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Civil Engineer board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
Civil Engineer board exams cover the following major subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
The mentioned subjects in the CE board exams are in accordance with Section 10 Article II of R.A. No. 544: the “Civil Engineering Law.”
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1127 series of 2018, the target release of Civil Engineer board exam results is on Thursday, November 14 or in four (4) working days.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Wednesday.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the same period last year, results were released in four (4) working days. PRC named 6,262 out of 13,887 who successfully hurdled the exams. Jaydee Niere Lucero of University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman aced the board with 97.20%.
In the November 2017 exams, results were also made available online in 4 working days. PRC announced that 6,075 out of 12,447 passed the exam. Nikho Lawrence Ramos Corres of UP - Diliman led the passers with 97.90%.
In the November 2016 exams, results were released in three (3) working days. A total of 5,036 out of 10,972 successfully hurdled the exams. Sirven Carandang Garibay from the University of the Philippines (UP) - Los Baños topped the board with 93.20%.
