MANILA, Philippines – Classes and work are suspended in several schools and government offices on October 31 (Thursday) in observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, collectively known to Filipinos as Undas.
November 1, 2019 (Friday) was declared special non-working holiday for All Saint’s Day. President Rodrigo Duterte also added November 2 (Saturday) a non-working holiday for All Souls' Day per Proclamation No. 555.

Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea on Wednesday declared half-day work in government offices on October 31, 2019 (Thursday), starting 12:00 pm onwards in observance of the All Saint’s Day and All Soul’s Day.

- Government offices nationwide - half-day suspension per MC No. 69; except for those involved in the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness and response to disasters and calamities, and the performance of other vital services.
- Civil Service Commission - No work in CSC central and regional offices (NOTE: previously scheduled activities such as training programs and meetings with other government agencies will not be canceled)
- DepEd - no classes in all public schools and work in all its offices tomorrow, Oct. 31, 2019, at 12:00 pm. Suspension in private schools is left to the discretion of their respective school administrations.

- Dagupan City, Pangasinan - all levels, private and public schools; Special non-working day for all government offices
- Province of Isabela - special non-working holiday on October 31
