MANILA, Philippines – (Updated December 1) The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the alphabetical list of passers of September 2019 Teachers board exam or licensure exam for teachers (LET) - Elementary level on December 1 (Sunday) or in fifty (50) working days after the exam.
As announced, 28,973 elementary teachers out of 92,440 examinees (31.34%) passed the exams.
On this page, the complete list of passers or those who have successfully hurdled the tests will be posted. List below is for update once LET results are announced online.
ALPHABETICAL LIST OF PASSERS
SEPTEMBER 2019 LET RESULTS SUMMARY
The September 2019 LET passers are those who obtained an average rating of not less than 75% and have no rating lower than 50% in any of the subjects.
PRC administered the LET board exam on Sunday, September 29, 2019 in at least 26 testing centers nationwide.

Testing centers include Baguio, Batanes, Bacolod, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro (CDO), Catarman (Northern Samar), Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, Kidapawan, Manila, Masbate, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales (Pangasinan), Romblon, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Pagadian and Zamboanga.
PRC Resolution No. 1127 series of 2018 stated that the target release of September 2019 LET results is on Friday, November 29 or in 44 working days after the test.
PRC Board News, our partner website for PRC exam results said that the probable release date of September 2019 LET exam results is between November 25 and December 9, 2019 or in 40-50 working days after the tests.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the same period last year (September 2018), PRC announced LET results after fifty-two (52) working days. A total of 18,409 elementary teachers out of 90,750 examinees (20.29%) passed the exams.
In the September 2017 LET, results were released in 43 working days after the exam. A total of 21,198 elementary teachers out of 80,509 (26.33%) successfully hurdled the exams.
Meanwhile, results of September 2016 were announced after 48 working days. PRC named 23,378 out of 77,466 (30.18%) elementary teachers who passed the tests.

In a hint given by review center owner Carl Balita on Facebook last November 3, the September 2019 LET result may be released on November 29. "When the days sum up to its month, the DREAM and the DREAMER become one."
