MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) hailed the top performing schools in the October 2019 Chemist board exam. The results are released online on Monday, October 14, 2019 or in two (2) working days after the exam.
UPDATE: 457 out of 1,085 passed the Chemist Licensure Examination and 2,298 out of 2,834 passed the Chemical Technician Licensure Examination.
University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman and UP-Los Baños dominated the schools in the Chemist licensure exam, 93.44% and 88.52%, respectively.
PRC conducted the Chemist licensure exam on October 8 and 9 in the cities of Manila, Cagayan de Oro and Cebu.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the same period last year, University of the Philippines (UP)- Diliman was the lone top performing school in the Chemist board exams with 92.19% (59 out of 64 passed).
In the October 2017 Chemist board exams, UP- Diliman also topped the schools with 87.93% (51 out of 58 passed the exams). It was followed by UP-Los Banos with 86.67% (52 out of 60 passed).
