MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) hailed the top performing schools in the September 2019 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) or Physician board exam. The full list of performance of schools is also available on this page as released on September 19 or in four (4) working days after the exam.
PRC conducted the second Physician board exam this year on September 7, 8, 14 and 15 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the same period last year (September 2018), Cebu Institute of Medicine (CIM) topped the schools with 99.33% passing rate or 149 out of 150 passed. University of Santo Tomas (UST) ranked second with 98.71% or 459 out of 465 passed.
In the September 2017 exams, CIM and Saint Luke's College of Medicine (SLCM) were the rank 1 top performing schools garnering 100% passing rate, 122 and 83 takers passed, respectively. West Visayas State University (WVSU) - La Paz ranked second with 99.01% or 100 out of 101 passed.
In the September 2016 exams, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) and SLCM dominated the schools with 100% passing rate, 115 and 75 examinees passed, respectively. University of the Philippines (UP) -Manila ranked second with 98.67% or 148 out of 150 passed the exams.
