MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Librarians released the list of top performing schools and performance of schools in the September 2019 Librarian board exam on September 16 (Monday) or in three (3) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the Librarian board exam on September 10 and 11 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.

In the September 2018 Librarian licensure exam, Benguet State University (BSU) - La Trinidad was the lone top performing school with 80.36% passing rate or 45 out of 56 passed.
In the September 2017 exams, University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman grabbed the highest spot with 100% passing rate or 27 takers passed. University of Santo Tomas (UST) and BSU - La Trinidad came in second and third, 90% (27 out of 30 passed) and 85.71% (24 out of 28 passed), respectively.
