MANILA, Philippines – The ABS-CBN Ball 2019 on Saturday, September 14 was done to raise funds for the benefit of Bantay Bata 163’s Bantay Edukasyon program, but aside from that noble cause, it is also the time for the network’s artists and VIPs to shine on the red carpet.
