As announced on Thursday, online application for Sta. Mesa, Manila (PUP Main) will start on August 26 (Monday) and will end on October 12, 2019 (Saturday). Schedule of exam is on October 19, 2019 (Saturday).

Please prepare the following documents prior to your admission to PUP:
Procedure of application
All PUPCET applicants must apply online using PUP iApply (read step-by-step procedure). An applicant is allowed to apply and take the PUPCET in only one (1) PUP Branch/Campus, and only once this academic year. Multiple application will make the applicant’s PUPCET result null and void. PUPCET application is non-transferrable.
When to Claim ePermit?
PUP said that ePermit/Test Permit will be available in five (5) working days after online application.
What to bring during exam?
All examinees are not allowed to bring cellphone, calculator, iPad and other related gadgets to the test venue.
They must only have with them the following:

Who are qualified to take the PUPCET?
Qualified to apply are:
- Grade 12 students expected to graduate at the end of School Year 2018-2019, and those who graduated from K-12 pilot schools who have not enrolled in any technical / diploma / degree program immediately after graduation with GWA of 82% or higher.
- A Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) passer, eligible for admission to college with an average rating of 82% or higher in its 5 subject areas: Mathematics, Communication Arts (English), Science, Communication Arts (Filipino) and Araling Panlipunan.
- An Alternative Learning System Accreditation & Equivalency (ALS) Test for Secondary Level passer, eligible for admission to college: with Percentile Correct (PC) 82% or higher and has 100 or higher Standard Score (SS) with Essay Writing of 82% of higher following DepEd regulations.
- Graduated in 2016 or earlier years but did not enter college / technical / diploma / degree program in any school.
Requirements for Admission
Please prepare the following documents prior to your admission to PUP:
- Original (or certified true copy, if lost) of senior high school card (F138) with school dry seal
- Notarized certification of non-enrollment for senior high school graduates who have not enrolled in any technical/diploma/degree program immediately after senior high school graduation
- Certificate of Completion for Senior High School
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- Certification of Good Moral issued by the senior high school principal or guidance counselor with school dry seal
- Duly authenticated copy of the PEPT/ALS A&E Test Certificate of Rating, certified by the DepEd-NETRC-BALS
- School ID (for currently enrolled students) or any valid ID with picture (for previous senior high school graduates)
