MANILA, Philippines – A hotel and resort in Manila recently unveiled its luxury villas which are priced at a rate of P800,000 to P1 million per night.
Okada Manila offers its “most luxurious hotel rooms” definitely fit for royalty. If you’re feeling fancy and grand, you can check in into one of the three available villas.
Each villa is spacious with its 1,400 square-meter area. You can also bring the entire family and have stay into the 5 bedrooms available inside. Its bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs. Its dining area can fit up to 16 seating. It also features a bar, gym, spa with sauna, entertainment room, and sizeable outdoor space with a pool and jet tub.
Guests will also have their own 24-hour butler service, private chef and a DigiValet system that uses iPad tablets that control the room's devices.
The butler service will unpack your clothes, schedule your meetings, call your chef and prepare your special menu. Anything that’s legal, the butler can do for you, Okada Manila said.
The three villas are named after three popular tourist spots in the country - Cebu, El Nido, and Coron.
Director for sales and marketing Julius Santos confirmed that the published rates for the room are at P800,000 on weekdays and P1 million on weekends. For now, you can enjoy the luxury villas for an introductory price of P500,000 per night.
Santos even said the rates can even go higher depending on the demand. He said, “It comes down to supply and demand eventually, whether there's a huge demand and we're hoping there will be. So the prices will increase proportionately,”
And it looks like many have been feeling lavish because since the villas were introduced last month, they were already many visitors who enjoyed their stay. One visitor even booked a villa for 18 days.
“If you have P500,000 I'd love to have you here. We're an integrated resort with a huge casino component. What happens a lot of times, the casinos have high rollers, if they want to stay at the villa they talk to the casino and the casino books directly with us. And then there are people who just book the villa because they just want to be in the villa. First come first serve,” Santos invited the public to give their villas a try.
Aside from the amenities, the lavish villas also boast the world top-class interior designs.

The rooms design inspiration is a mix of classic and modern luxe. Bathrooms are stocked with Roberto Cavalli toiletries while all beds are fitted with Rivolta Carmignani linens.
The floors are covered with wall-to-wall carpet, beds have huge padded headboards and cabinets have crystal handles.
Santos also shared that all the materials and furniture used in the villas are all imported.
However, even with the whooping price, Santos clarified certain services and amenities are still available for an extra charge. The mini bar, spa services, including the usual free breakfast are excluded from the villa’s published rate.
