MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the May 2019 Civil Engineer (CE) board exam is available on this page as officially released on May 10, 2019 (Friday) or in four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Civil Engineering licensure exam in the cities of Manila, All Regional Offices; Zamboanga on May 5 and 6, 2019.
